I've been a fan of that movie since I was about 8 or 9 years old and as much as I enjoyed, and still do, certain elements to it, I deep down always knew the movie was flawed. I can't imagine any child or adult ever wanted to hear Anthony Newly singing "After Today" nor the dreadful "If I Were a Man" sung by Samantha Eggar. I suspect these songs didn't make the 8 song cut either, which is too bad as it sounds like it might have been the only way to make them palatable.
