The more I get into the Golden Age the more Cole keeps popping up. Like many I was first exposed to him with his work on Plastic Man. Then when The Spirit Archives came out I was surprised to see him replace Will Eisner while he was away in WWII. I sought more of him and found his Playboy work, funny stuff for sure.
