I just came across Hazy Osterwald on WFMU’s Beware of the Blog and I think it’s brilliant. I can’t imagine anyone who really loves music giving this the thumbs down. It can only be because no one’s really heard it yet. Thanks for sharing your copy.

Just stumbled onto this blog of yours.

Hope all is well with you and family and the brothers Kirkwood if you maintain that contact.
I moved from MPLS to PHX two years ago. Saw MP a few times up there, both before and after the band transmogrified. I’ve heard Chris has a handle on things now. Kirk is still in Austin?
Doesn’t really matter in the long run of things.
I’ll bookmark your blog and comment when I see a good reason to. Meantime, I’m going to download the featured LP.

I bet itâ€™s good. I think I have a 45 from this and some tracks on a Hazy Osterwals CD comp. The lyrics are great too, oscillating between dada and politcal statements.
