As for the crunchy cereal, be careful what you wish for. Several years ago, I spent some time in Korea, and had a strange cereal experience. Anyone who has had Fruit Loops knows that they should get mushy and leave the milk full of sugar and dye. Not this Korean stuff! It had a toucan on the box and the name Fruit Ring (or was it Flute Ling?). When you got down to the bottom of the bowl, you were left with white milk that tasted like milk. Weird!

I suppose you could say that all "deadlines" are "self imposed." I would love to impose some on myself for you, Matt. When can I expect your check?

So you've replaced one set of activities--blogging-- (complete with self-imposed deadlines) others--exercise and sleep--(complete with self-imposed deadlines). Do you feel healthier? Do others treat you with more respect? I know those of us who read your blogs don't care as much about your health as we do about your words. I think I speak for us all when I say, "Neglect your health. Get back to blogging!"
