Written and directed by Welles, the 15-minute episodes present the filmmaker’s commentaries on a range of subjects. Welles frequently draws from his own experiences and often illustrates the episodes with his own sketches.”

Agreed, though number two would probably be my preference. Since the renovation never proceeded beyond the gutting, it could probably be had for a song — if it’s even still there. I have to admit, however, my temperament would actually lead me to actually choose the final photo.
